What does tailoring to a job actually do?
Paste a link to the posting or the posting itself. The rewrite then leads with the experience that posting asks for and uses its wording for skills you really have. It never adds jobs, numbers or skills that aren't in your resume, and it lists anything you should double-check.
Which files and languages work?
